The Miami Leadership Institute (MLI) is a college internship built to educate, equip, and empower world changing leaders. In partnership with North Central University (NCU), rising leaders have the opportunity to earn a college degree while gaining hands-on ministry experience in our in house internship streams at Trinity Miami.
MLI streams are the specific departments of Trinity Church in which leaders will be trained in and earn ministry practicum credits. Our current streams are:
Interns are assigned to one stream per semester and we advise against participating in more than one stream at a time.

The associate degrees programs and the bachelor’s degree programs run for 2 years and 4 years respectively. Each semester is 16 weeks and divided into two 8 week sessions. The fall semester runs from late August to early December and the spring runs from mid-January to early May.
Yes, the Miami Leadership Institute accepts international students through North Central University.
Yes. The majority of students use the days they have off for paid part-time work.
